The suggested dress code for the conference is business casual. We do recommend a light sweater or jacket as meeting rooms can be cold.
The nearest airport is Dallas Love Field, which is approximately 8 miles from the Omni Dallas Hotel. The second closest airport is Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) which is approximately 20 miles from the hotel.
The airport is approximately 20 miles from the Omni Dallas Hotel. If taking a cab, and depending on traffic, this trip can take between 30-50 minutes. Please account for extra time if taking a shuttle or renting a car.
The ISN room block at the Omni Dallas Hotel is currently sold out and ISN has discounted hotel room rates at a variety of hotels close to the Omni. Please find the full list on the ISN CONNECT website under the Location Tab. Make sure to ask for “ISN” or “ISNetworld” to ensure you receive the discount.

The Omni offers self-parking for $15 overnight or valet parking for $28 overnight. Additional details are available on the Omni website. We anticipate the Omni parking lot will reach capacity. Please consider parking in one of the public parking lots near the Omni. A parking map is located here and rates will vary based on the lot and number of hours parked.
We encourage you check the weather. Typically, it is between 60F (15C) to 85F (29C) during the month of May.
There is no fee to attend the conference for ISNetworld subscribers, as it is included with your ISNetworld subscription. Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodations and meals while attending the conference.
You can locate your email titled “2018 ISN CONNECT Registration Confirmation” from ISN Notifications and click the ‘modify/cancel’ link. You are also able to cancel by contacting the ISN Customer Service Team or your Account Representative prior to the conference if you are unable to attend.
Check-in for the conference will be located outside of the Dallas Ballroom in the foyer on the third floor. After taking the stairs/escalators up to the Dallas Ballroom area, check-in will be directly to your left.

You will only need to check-in on day one, but please wear your lanyard and name tag on both days of the conference.
OSHA Trainings will be held the afternoon of Monday, April 30th. There is no additional fee to participate, but registration is required. The topics of the courses are OSHA Recordkeeping Rule Seminar and OSHA Psychological Aspects of Accident Prevention. Visit the ISNetworld Events page to register and view course details.
Attendees are eligible to receive 0.7 Continuing Education Units by attending both days of the conference. Attendees are also able to receive Certification Maintenance Points (CMP) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Visit the Education page to view more details regarding the process.
Yes, there will be functionality labs and kiosks, as well as one-on-one help desks, providing hands-on training specific to your ISNetworld account at ISN CONNECT. You are able to register in advance for functionality and usability labs on the ISNetworld Events page.

No, you do not need to schedule an appointment in advance. Help desk appointments are available throughout the duration of the conference.
No, you do not need to sign up or reserve a spot for breakout sessions. These are attended on a first come, first served basis.
With over 2,000 attendees from the oil and gas, mining, biotech/pharmaceutical, manufacturing and food/agriculture industries, attendees have the opportunity to share best practices, discuss industry trends and address questions with other Hiring Clients and/or contractor customers. We will also be providing light hors d’oeuvres on May 1st for an opportunity to network before the Lyle Lovett concert.
Surveys will be available on site at the conference. After the conference, a link to an electronic survey will be provided to all attendees. We hope you will take a few minutes to provide us with feedback about your overall conference experience.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of each breakout session. In the interest of time, the Q&A session will not be available at the end of each general session.

We will be providing theater-style seating in front of the stage along with standing areas and lounge style seating in the ballroom. Light hors d’oeuvres, refreshments, and a photobooth will be available.
